Ms. McIntosh is a Licensed Realtor and Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Florida. Is near completion of a Masters Degree in Construction Management. As a professional geologist Ms. McIntosh has been both an environmental consultant performing Phase 1 and 2 site assessments in the Southeastern US and Puerto Rico, and an exploration geologist with a heavy mineral mining company working along the east coast as far north as Virginia and west to Mississippi. Construction background includes quality control testing of materials and methods during road and building construction projects. Currently, Ms. McIntosh is focused on assisting clients with all of their commercial real estate needs in the area from Jacksonville to Daytona Beach, and west to Orlando, Florida.
