Bio
J.B. is a director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate finance. He specializes in investment advisory in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Over the course of his career, J.B. has been involved in more than $2.5 billion of office, industrial, retail and multifamily transactions.
J.B. started at HFF in June 2016. Prior to joining HFF in a full-time role, he interned at the firm while attending Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he received his MBA with a concentration in finance and real estate. Prior to that, he was a senior accountant at the multinational software firm SAP.
