JC is the founder and managing partner of Williams Advisers International (WAI), an international private office focused on crossborder business and real estate development and investments, based in Austin, TX. For over 15 years he has developed a successful career as a bicultural cross-border business & investment strategist and adviser between the United States, Mexico, and Europe.
He is committed to establish a solid foundation to build and grow his real estate business in Texas in three main segments: 1) international, 2) investment and 3) lower middle-market companies.
JC plans to leverage his private sector and diplomatic experience to offer professional & ethical conduct and fiduciary duty to build long-term relationships with clients, customers, allies, and colleagues. He is driven by data analysis, strategic planning, and business diplomacy.
JC served as a US Diplomat at the US Embassy in Mexico City supporting American technology companies enter and navigate markets in Latin America. In the private sector, he has represented and advised global tech companies and telecom operators on go-to-market strategies, advised medium-sized companies on strategic planning, marketing, and overall management efficiency.
