ean works as Senior Development Manager focusing on Mixed Use projects. Jean joined Alterra to bolster the strengths and add experience to the Development Team.
Prior to joining Alterra, Jean worked in Construction Management for HSC and The Norwood Company providing him with unique opportunities to work on wide array of projects such as Nemours AI Dupont Hospital for Children Infrastructure Upgrades, Ground-Up Retail, Ground-Up Class A Office Building, and Life Sciences Fit-Out. Afterwards, Jean worked for JLL Project Development Services unit gaining experience working as an Owner’s Representative on the Wells Fargo Center Renovation projects.
Jean is a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
Jean was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in the Philadelphia area, and currently resides in Drexel Hill with his Wife, two children, and dog.
