Prior to joining Newmark, Castleton worked at Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on project marketing and leasing, repositioning office buildings, and asset disposition. He previously served as the Regional Leasing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, where he was directly responsible for its 6.5 million-square-foot Denver portfolio and led the company’s seven leasing professionals and their teams. Additionally, he had sole responsibility for a 1.1 million-square-foot office portfolio in downtown and southeast Denver.
