Jeff began working in the commercial real estate field in 1993 with Flannigan-Ewing Real Estate, joining CB Richard Ellis in 2006. He specializes in container logistics and warehouse companies in the Port of Tacoma, as well as in Thurston and Lewis Counties.
Jeff has applied his strong skills to all disciplines of Industrial Brokerage. He has extensive experience with Tenant Representation, requirement analysis, site selection, facility inspection, lease/sale negotiations, and follow-up. He also has a diverse knowledge in developer land acquisition and land availability in Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties. In addition, Jeff has handled more than 100 acres of land transactions in the Sumner industrial area alone.
Recent developments include the Department of Homeland Security (Port of Tacoma) 120,000 square foot detention facility (build-to-suit), Tarragon, 30 acres (Sumner), and Conco Concrete, 28 acres for speculation development of over 400,000 square feet of warehouse (Lacey).
