Jeff Kaiser joined CB Richard Ellis is 2000 as an office Properties Specialist. Mr. Kaiser is experienced in both landlord agency and tenant representation, and is particularly noted for his expertise in the Downtown St. Louis and Clayton office markets. Within three years of joining CBRE, he is responsible for increasing the company''s market share in the Clayton submarket from zero to 6.5%, on par with the major competition.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kaiser held various office and field positions at locally based McCarthy Construction, the nation''s 26th largest contractor as ranked by Engineering News-Record. His experiences in construction and engineering background have proven to be a significant benefit for his clients.
