Jeff is a trusted Real Estate advisor and transactional agent for over 15 years. Jeff worked at two of the largest institutional Real Estate firms in the world, CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International, advising clients on the sale, purchase, and capitalization of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and development assets across the United States. Jeff has completed over $8 billion in Real Estate transactions with sales ranging in size from $2 million to $1.8 billion. Jeff has also been a chief executive at a major telecommunications firm, served on the board of the $70 Billion New Jersey State Pension fund, and is currently a board member at an Atlanta based pharmaceutical company. He has extensive underwriting, valuation, accounting, and estate experience. Jeff leads the Commercial division at Godby, where he and his team deliver institutional level service to the private Real Estate market. Jeff has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and has completed graduate courses in Real Estate and financial accounting.
