Ingenuity & Video for the Win! It is heartwarming to help a family find their "forever" home and sometimes he must think outside the box to make it happen! Sheila, Al & children, a military family living in GA, were looking to purchase their first home here in New Hampshire. With a little ingenuity using Skype and help from family members, Sheila and Al "visited" numerous properties and were able to complete their home search & purchase transaction remotely! Whether it is Zoom, FaceTime Google Duo or a Skype call, Jeff was honored to have their trust and it was his pleasure to guide them through the home buying process remotely.
Several years ago, Jeff and his wife downsized from their Manchester Victorian to a newer much, much smaller Colonial on the eastern fringes of the city near Lake Massabesic. They truly understand the emotional and financial processes of downsizing. This recent experience allows him to help understand the many tradeoffs and advantages that come with this weaning down process.
Recently, they finally became empty nesters. Now he understands the needs of twenty somethings as renters or potential first-time homebuyers. A good part of his business is introducing first- or second-time home buying Millennials to downsizing Boomers. Whatever the situation, when he gets a chance to meet, they will find he has his pulse on southern NH area and life’s changes.
