Jeff Stubins serves as an associate advisor, specializing in Residential and Multi-Family land throughout Florida.
Prior to becoming a broker, Stubins owned and operated a prominent South Florida-based vending refreshment company for more than 25 years. After the successful sale of his operation in 2001, Stubins created a service organization dedicated to helping public school districts, colleges, and other institutional and corporate clients recover earned and unreceived income from their vending operators.
Stubins has a long history of community involvement, including serving as past president of the Automatic Merchandising Association of Florida, officer of Jewish Vocational Services/Jewish Community Services, member of the Florida Department of Corrections Oversight Board, and Miami-Dade School System Community Partner for The English Center of Miami. Stubins has also participated in a number of projects for the National Automated Merchandising Association, where his refreshment vending operation was studied by the Japanese Vending Association as a progressive model.
Stubins earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University School of Business. While there, Stubins studied abroad for six months in Florence, Italy.
