Jeffrey Brown joined Stream Realty Partners in 2007, bringing over 23 years experience in commercial real estate with a specialization in industrial properties. He currently oversees the industrial services division for Stream’s San Antonio office. Prior to joining Stream, Jeff was a Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s San Antonio office. His responsibilities included office and industrial sales, leasing and brokerage. From 1990 to 1996, he was President of Piercy & Brown, Inc., a commercial real estate services company in Richmond, Virginia. Jeff started his career in 1984 with Charter Management Company in Austin, Texas, where he specialized in office and retail leasing on the project side.
He has worked with a variety of institutional owners, including State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management, The Praedium Group, Weingarten Realty Investors, MetLife Real Estate Investments, Aetna Life Insurance Company, and KBS Realty Advisors.
