He specializes in the development and execution of strategic plans to manage real estate and occupancy costs for corporations with a global reach.
He is a licensed commercial real estate broker licensed in the states of Florida, Connecticut, nd New York, specializing in office leasing and investment property sales. Since he became a broker in 1985, he has negotiated lease and sale transactions involving more than 8 million square feet.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and business from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1977. In 1990 he became the first broker in Stamford to receive the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
He is a past President of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Connecticut Chapter (SIOR) and a former member of its national board of directors. He is also a member of CoreNet Global and serves on the board of directors and is a past President of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). He was a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, CT and grew up in
Westport. He currently lives in Naples FL.
