Jeff Gersh has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He has served in senior leadership roles in master-planned community development work and in capital markets activities.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has acquired large-scale residential developments and managed the horizontal development and vertical construction for golf course, active adult, and other highly amenitized properties, as well as represented thousands of acres and thousands of residential units throughout the state of Florida. Jeff has also managed over $500 million in commercial transactions and participated in the oversight and asset management of over $2 billion of commercial loan origination activities.
