Mr. Hoffman manages all aspects of Acquisitions and Dispositions for the Company including sourcing and underwriting acquisitions and coordinating the due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Hoffman has more than 20 years of diverse real estate and retail experience with positions at private firms and publicly traded corporations. Prior to joining WP Realty, Mr. Hoffman was a commercial real estate sales person at RAS Brokerage/Fameco, focusing on national, restaurant, telecom and furniture tenants. Mr. Hoffman was a Director of Asset Management for PREIT, overseeing financial performance of 5.2 million sf of retail space comprised of 11 properties in 9 states. Prior to PREIT, Mr. Hoffman worked for Integra Realty Resources, where he appraised commercial and investment grade real estate for financing, litigation support, tax assessment, disposition and portfolio management. Mr. Hoffman began his career at Charming Shoppes, Inc., where he was responsible for expansion plans, site selection, and lease negotiation for stores in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain and Mid-South states.
Mr. Hoffman graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in History. Mr. Hoffman is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, has earned the CCIM designation, and currently holds the position of Divisional Operations Chairperson for the northeast division of the ICSC.
