Jeff Pensak joined the Washington, DC and Baltimore offices of Marcus & Millichap in December 2019. As an associate, Mr. Pensak is responsible for advising and helping clients buy and sell single tenant net leased investment properties around the US and retail shopping centers in the Mid Atlantic area. He is well connected with the local retail market along the Virginia I-81 corridor as well as buyers for net leased properties around the US.
Jeff holds a real estate license in Maryland and is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
