Bio
After spending years with his family working in construction, Jeff is drawn to design and development which has become a focal point of his expansive, residential brokerage business. Jeff has sourced undervalued properties, funded construction costs/ land acquisition for multiple projects that have sold at record prices. This approach results in constantly looking for creative solutions to find buy side value for his team.
With a large network in the private equity and commercial real estate business throughout the country, many investors are drawn to his projects. While Jeff addresses all price points and opportunities in residential real estate he has expanded his portfolio into the commercial market as well. A key advantage is identifying creative uses for commercial properties and bringing diverse entities into a project to help finance, renovate/ build and realize it’s full potential.
Working tirelessly for buyers and sellers, Jeff understands the urgency, privacy and importance of representing an essential portion of a client’s investment portfolio. Jeff modifies the approach for each listing while working with interior designers, high tech photographers, and architects to offer a tailored program. This results in top notch photos, social media, videos and renderings of properties which are syndicated to the press, print and all pertinent online sites.
A graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut, Jeff studied economics and Hispanic studies. An avid surfer, who has practiced and instructed the sport for years, Jeff is very active in the community and an advocate for conserving the nature of the East End. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, hunting and traveling the world to pursue these passions.
