Since 1985, Jeff has represented office, retail and industrial landlords and tenants in the acquisition and/or disposition of hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space throughout New York City and Long Island. Noteworthy transactions Jeff has brokered, include long term leases for 38,000 square feet and 24,000 square feet to Two Sigma Asset Management at 100 Avenue of the Americas, New York and sold 206 East 63rd Street, New York for $5.4 million dollars to The Buddhist Society for Wisdom & Understanding.
