Jefrey Henderson joined CBRE in the fall of 2004, has over 18 years of experience in the Bay Area commercial real estate markets and is co-founder of CBRE’s Silicon Valley Multifamily & Office Investment Properties Group. His investment sales experience has been responsible for closing over $10 billion worth of commercial property sales or acquisitions consisting of over 45+ million total SF, 20+ million SF sold, 21.3+ million development SF, 3.8+ million SF leased, and 17,700+ existing & developable multifamily units throughout the Bay Area on behalf of investors, developers and corporate users. Noteworthy transactions include the 2017 off-market purchase of the 10.5-acre Middlefield Portfolio, a future 1,000+ unit residential redevelopment site adjacent to the East Whisman VTA Station, the 2014 off-market assemblage of sites for The Irvine Company’s Scott Square mixed-use project which includes 1,800 housing units, the 2014 brokerage of Redwood City’s Pacific Shores office park totaling 934,000 existing square feet plus 500,000 potential developable square feet, and the 2013 brokerage of over 17 acres of land in North Bayshore for 635 residential units plus approximately 400,000 square feet of Office. On a side note, Jef brokered an off-market assemblage in Moffett Park for a corporate client representing an initial $1.8 billion of purchases spanning over 50 parcels and over 3 million existing SF & an off-market assemblage near Diridon Station representing 7.3 million developable Office SF & 5,900 multifamily units. Jef has been closely involved in the underwriting of redevelopment and covered land plays located within rezoning plans for cities throughout the greater Bay Area. A Bay Area native, Jef holds a J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law, a B.A. in Communication from Santa Clara University and graduated from Saint Francis High School in Mountain View.
