Jenifer Ratcliffe is the president of LPC Realty Advisors I, Ltd., an investment advisory affiliate of Lincoln Property Company. She is responsible for portfolio and asset-level strategy development and implementation for a $2.3 billion state pension fund portfolio. Since 2000, Jenifer has overseen the acquisition of more than $2.6 billion and the disposition of more than $2.8 billion of office and retail real estate assets on behalf of the fund.
From 1996 to 2000, Jenifer was a senior vice president in Lincoln’s Northeast region, asset managing multiple co-investment portfolios. Jenifer has over 25 years of real estate investment management experience. Before joining Lincoln Property Company in 1996, Jenifer handled corporate and project finance activities at the West Group, a Mid-Atlantic region owner and developer; was a vice president at First Union Bank in the special assets group; and provided consulting and valuation services at Arthur Andersen. She has a BA from Dartmouth College.
