Bio
Jenna is the rare Lake Tahoe and Truckee native. Growing up in this area has given her a vast wealth of local knowledge and insight which guides her real estate practice.
Jenna’s mother was a local Realtor in Tahoe/Truckee for over 35 years, and her father was a builder of custom homes for over 30 years. A true “dream team,” her parents worked together drawing floor plans and designing interiors for both speculation and contracts. Today they own and manage properties from Montana to New Zealand! At a young age, she was immersed in the buying, selling of homes, and knew one day she wanted to follow her parents’ footsteps.
After learning to ski at 18 months on their driveway, there was no turning back! A passionate skier, Jenna earned a place on the Squaw Valley Ski Team, and later received a scholarship to Montana State University. She also competed on the World Tour Extreme Skiing Circuit through the International Freeskiers Association and at one time ranked #1 in the country. She graduated in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Whenever she gets a chance, she is exploring trails, riding her mountain bike, and enjoying the outdoors.
After becoming licensed in 2009, Jenna partnered with her mother/mentor. Today she is an independent agent operating out of Compass Real Estate serving Truckee & Lake Tahoe. Driven by both data and an uncanny sense of what her clients are looking for, she specializes in matching properties to the right clients. Jenna takes immense pride in helping her clients attain major milestones in their lives – matching a family with their first home or vacation property is an unforgettable experience and she has built lasting relationships with her clients, who she now calls her friends.
