I grew up in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, however, I have lived in the Gaston County area longer than I have lived anywhere else. I reside Gastonia with my husband, Lon; daughter, Cadence; and two Brittany spaniels, Sadie and Coco. We enjoy hiking (well, not Cadence), boating and cooking for family and friends.
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters in Health Information Administration & Systems in 1999, and headed south to Charlotte. After nearly two decades in healthcare analytics, a turning point in my life was the desire to be able to serve my community and help people on a personal level. I reflected on times spent with my dad early in his career as a broker, now 40 years long and thriving. I knew that real estate was the right choice for me.
In 2018, I obtained my license in both NC and SC. I chose to affiliate with Premier South to engage with strong real estate thought leaders, committed and kind colleagues, and a creative and encouraging environment. As a REALTOR®?, I specialize in creating meaningful and accurate market analyses for my clients in both selling and purchasing transactions and providing excellent project management from start to finish.
Outside of work, I actively volunteer as a Gaston Business Association ambassador. I graduated from the 2019 Gastonia Citizens Academy program and participated in the 2020 class of the Chamber’s Leadership Gaston program, which develops citizens to be trusted leaders and resources for the community and colleagues. In addition to being involved in our business community, I am also an active and enthusiastic member of the Gastonia East Rotary Club, serving on the board since 2019.
