EXPERIENCE
Jenna Pollack joined Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island in Fall 2007 with 2+ years of experience specializing in industrial brokerage at Newmark Knight Frank. Ms. Pollack works alongside Frank Frizalone, SIOR, Executive Director, who has represented such recognized industry leaders as Danaher Corporation, Watts Industries (Aerodyne Division), Omnicare, Kollmorgen Corporation, and United Capital Corporation. Jenna has represented Parker Hannifin Corporation, Davena Services, InterCapital Realty, in tenant represented transactions. She has also represented First Commemorative Mint in the purchase of a 33,000 square foot industrial building in Farmingdale, NY; as well as represented Thomson Industries, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, in the sale of a 30,000 square foot facility in Ronkonkoma, NY.
BACKGROUND
A native of Long Island, Ms. Pollack is on the Board of Directors of Commerical Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) of Long Island; Moreover, she is an active member of Women on the Fast Track, the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), Page One Networking which is based in New York City. Her interest in resource conservation and energy sustainability have led her to the US Green Building Council''s Long Island Chapter and Building & Manager''s Organization (BOMA) of Long Island meetings, seminars, and events.
Her contribution to such charitable organizations as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Big Brother/Big Sisters of Long Island, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Long Island, Friends of Karen, the Children''s Sports Charity, among others have earned Ms. Pollack recognition as a "Rising Star" Honoree for CIBS and the South Shore Guidance Center in 2007.
She continues to take courses at New York University’s Real Estate Institute, C.W. Post, and Hofstra University, keeping her better informed of technological, environmental and institutional developments, as well as the latest industry advancements.
EDUCATION
Ms. Pollack earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, from which she was inducted into the University''s National Honors of Collegiate Scholars. She has also attended the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
