Jennifer is a North Carolina Board Certified Immigration specialist lawyer. She has been practicing immigration law since 1995. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, North Carolina State Bar, and TCAR. She holds a North Carolina Real estate broker license and has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Currently, she owns and manages several commercial properties including retail, office, residential, and land investments. Jennifer grew up in South Korea and graduated with a B.S. degree from Korean University. She came to the United States to achieve her American dream. She continued the pursuit of a higher education degree and received the J. D. degree from Washburn University. After graduation, she decided to practice Immigration law and assist others in their pursuit of the American dream. She is committed to team work and often partners with others. She has helped establish multimillion dollar businesses including Laundromats, dry cleaners, groceries, and vocational school. As a private investor, she believes in diversifying investment portfolios and has invested in real property opportunities, stock market, and operating businesses. Jennifer has traveled many times abroad including China and has expanded her business partnership network in China. Jennifer is married to James Chun, a local dentist, and has two children. She enjoys dancing, traveling, ethnic food and diverse cultures.
