Jennifer Montoya is a Working By Referral, top producing broker associate with Coldwell Banker
Realty in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She began her real estate practice with M&M Realty in 1993 and earned her broker’s license three
years later. She became Vice President of the company in 2001 and was responsible for assisting
the broker/owners in day-to-day operations and training new agents. In 2005 M&M Realty sold to
Coldwell Banker, and Jennifer’s been there ever since.
Over 99% of Jennifer’s annual business is with repeat and referred buyer and seller clients. Averaging
more than $13 million in sales per year, she consistently ranks among the top 5% of Coldwell Banker
agents nationwide and among the top 10% of agents in the Pikes Peak area. Throughout her career,
