Jennifer Price joined KLNB in May 2010 after three years at Madison Retail Group in Washington, DC. Jennifer specializes in representing the owners of urban storefronts, mixed-use projects and development sites in the greater Washington, DC area. Jennifer also works with a variety of local and national tenants such as Redeem,West Elm, Varnish Lane, Kit + Ace, Aesop, and Philz Coffee. Jennifer works closely with her tenants during all stages of the real estate process, from creating a roll-out strategy to working with appropriate government agencies for signage and licenses.
