Bio
Jennifer (Jenn) Wiley joined the Greenbrier team in 2011. Working her way up from a leasing consultant to her current position as the company’s Special Projects Manager, Jenn has seen all levels of property management firsthand. In her current role, she assists in many daily company transactions including day to day on-site operations, software implementation, financial analysis, vendor relations, social media, and more. She graduated from Longwood University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Management; then, she went on to complete her MBA with emphases in Marketing and International Business at Arizona State University in 2017. Jenn also served on the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) Conference Committee in 2016 and 2017. Outside of work, you can find her at home in Williamsburg with her dog Bailey or at a music festival or concert. Jenn is a valued member of the GMC team and an asset to the company.
