Bio
Dr. Jenny Li is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry. She joined TransGlobal Team brokered by eXp Commercial late 2024, where she continues to focus on CRE Investment Sales and Leasing. Dr. Li began her career in real estate in 2011, where she specialized in real estate acquisition, distressed real estate investment, landlord representation, leasing, operations management, commercial loan applications, contract negotiations, and market research & analysis. She has earned several accolades, including the 2024 Costar Impact Awards and being named a Costar Power Broker for Q4 2023. In 2022, she received the "Top Producer" award at Sun Commercial Real Estate, recognizing her outstanding performance. Before her tenure at Transglobal, she also worked with Logic Commercial Real Estate, further establishing her industry reputation.
Dr. Li is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English and has lived and studied in China as well as the United States, providing her with a better understanding of cultural and business differences and similarities between the two countries. Her hands-on experience in property management, building maintenance and improvement projects, and proficiency in online and remote presentation skills provide clients with reliable due diligence on every property or investment.
Before her career in real estate, Dr. Li worked in the research field, performing stem cell and cancer cell research at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Argonne National Lab. Dr. Li’s attention to detail, patience, and persistence in rational thinking honed during her scientific research are of tremendous value to her clients and their investments.
Dr. Li is a member of several professional organizations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Southern Nevada Chapter, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Asian Chamber of Commerce (ACC) in Las Vegas.
Dr. Li earned her Doctoral of Philosophy in Chemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology, with a Kilpatrick fellowship and Dean’s fellowship. She also received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Nankai University in China.
In her leisure time, Dr. Li enjoys researching and investing in different financial markets, world travel, portrait and landscape photography, skiing, and cooking. She resides in the Las Vegas area with her husband and young son, where she enjoys the dry desert climate.
