Jenny is a native to Key West and she graduated from St. Leo University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. After graduating college Jenny worked in the hospitality industry and worked in property management before, she began working at the Spottswood Law Firm where she worked as a Real Estate Closer/Paralegal for 10 years.
Jenny’s knowledge and experience in real estate, property management, and real estate transactions led her to pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent with Preferred Properties.
Jenny is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and Key West Association of Realtors.
Jenny enjoys hunting, fishing, diving, and traveling with her husband Jake Perry, and is a very dedicated mother to their son Royce and daughter Rhynn. Jenny is a licensed Boat Captain and deeply knowledgeable about the waters of the Florida Keys.
