Jeremy Benloulou is a first vice president with Kidder Mathews and specializes in investment services. Jeremy is responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, market research, and due diligence review to service the investment needs of both buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jeremy served as an AVP at Concord Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage in Beverly Hills with a full-service platform in capital markets, property management, asset management, construction management and brokerage/advisory services. Before his tenure at Concord, Jeremy was VP of acquisitions and partner at EdenRock Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company which completed $35M of acquisitions during his time there. Prior to that, he had served as a senior associate at Pegasus Investments. In his role at Pegasus Investments, Jeremy was directly involved in the purchase or sale of nearly $180M in retail, multifamily and office assets.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Southern California’s (USC) Price School of Public Policy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in public policy, management & planning with a concentration in real estate development and finance. He is fluent in both French & English, and conversational in Spanish, Hebrew and Arabic. Raised in France and Morocco, Jeremy is a resident of Sherman Oaks with his wife and two children.
