As CIO, Mr. Guay is responsible for overseeing the investment strategy and execution for the firm, including overseeing the Investment Committee. Mr. Guay’s background includes multiple entrepreneurial startups, a principle in a business process consulting firm, serving enterprise level and Fortune 500 companies, currency arbitrage, and also a principle in a multi-state real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family acquisitions and management.
Mr. Guay’s educational background includes the Executive Education Program from the Wharton School of Business, FINRA Series 65 and 82 (In Process) licenses, Arizona Real Estate License, and a Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University.
Mr. Guay has significant experience in designing and implementing data analysis systems, which combined with over twenty years of real estate investment experience, gives SANTÉ Realty Investments an effective strategic investment strategy.
