Jeremy Moss is an Executive Vice President at Silverstein Properties responsible for leasing new office developments and repositioning major office properties. Jeremy is also a leader in the company’s strategy to covert commercial office buildings to residential use. During his fifteen years at Silverstein Properties, Jeremy has overseen all aspects of leasing for the company’s entire 15 million square foot commercial portfolio, including the redeveloped World Trade Center which is presently 95% leased. Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Jeremy was a Vice President for Commercial Development and Leasing at Forest City Ratner Companies in New York City where he managed the leasing of Forest City's 6 million square foot office portfolio. During his eight years at Forest City, Jeremy worked on 2 million square feet of commercial office leasing transactions and was involved in the development and leasing of 4 office buildings including the New York Times Headquarters Building. Jeremy sits on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Alliance and the Association for Downtown New York. Jeremy is also on the board of Brooklyn Boatworks, a not-for-profit that runs an educational boat building program for public schools. Jeremy is a graduate of the Rockefeller Fellowship, a 12-month program that prepares senior corporate executives for more active leadership in civic and public affairs. He has also been active in the Real Estate Board of NY, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the Central Park Conservancy. Jeremy received is BA in economics and political science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
