Jeri O’Neil is the managing owner and broker of O’Neil Real Estate Services, which is a commercial property management, leasing, and sales office specializing in both conventional and executive suite space, office buildings and commercial land in East and West Cobb County. Jeri has been active in commercial real estate in the Metro Atlanta area since 1976. The company was started in 1987 and has seven licensed agents. Michael Skeean is the VP of Sales and has been with the firm since 1995.
Jeri currently has several office buildings listed for sale and lease in East Cobb and can accommodate the small and large office space users. The management and leasing office for 2265 Roswell Road is on-site to address property management and leasing needs immediately. Casper Services, Inc., the maintenance contractor for the building, is also on site and available to conduct daily inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly.
