Jeries Ganim, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Properties and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, new development, sales and leasing. Jeries brings his strong background and expertise in real estate acquisitions and redevelopment as well as his knowledge of sales and leasing to our broker associates, building a proven team for our third party investors and real estate owners.
Jeries, prior to founding Regional Properties, was an associate of Marcus and Millichap, and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and is a volunteer on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Calf Scramble (2016-Present) and Ticket Sales Committees (2013-2016). Jeries is a recipient of the Power Broker Award from Co-Star.
