Jerre is a National Broker Relations Manager at Industrious. Prior to joining Industrious, he was the Chief Real Estate Officer of 1776, leading the expansion of the coworking and incubation company. While there, he spearheaded the site selection process, oversaw design and construction, and helped pivot the company to an asset-light model, expanding only through management agreements. He structured deals with a variety of asset partners – including retail REITs and mixed-use developers. Previously, Jerre was a commercial broker with Colliers International and is a former AmLaw 100 litigator. Outside of work, Jerre is an Ironman triathlete, avid skier, and a struggling surfer. He spends as much time as possible outdoors, searching for new adventures with his wife and son.
