SCOPE OF SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE
Jerry joined Newport Commercial in June of 2010. Jerry is responsible for the marketing, sale and leasing of office buildings, flex buildings and land development. Jerry works with a number of builders and developers through out the Lake Norman Area, North Mecklenburg and Iredell County. He serves the Concord, Cabarrus County area as well.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Jerry graduated from Montgomery Technical College with a certificate in Industrial Piping and Mechanics. He also attended two years at Mitchell College where he studied Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. Before entering commercial real estate in 2000, Jerry worked as a first line supervisor and superintendant for companies like Duke Power, Brown and Root, Cam-Ful Industries and Roy Kay Mechanical in NY. Jerry was a top producer at CENTURY 21 COMMERCIAL DIVISION and achieved the PROFESSIONAL AWARD and SALES ACHIVEMENT AWARD from 2000 through 2007.

Jerry is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and has completed the CCP (Commercial Certificate Program) and is a member of the CRCBR. Jerry also holds a Pilot’s License.
SIGNIFICANT TRANSACTIONS
Sold and leased 30+ flex space buildings, race shops and industrial buildings ranging from 5000 sqft condos to 50,000 sqft race shops.
Jerry has leased approximately 75,000 sqft of pure office.
Jerry has sold over $10,000,000 in land sales.
Jerry's client list includes such individuals and companies as Kyle Bush (Nascar), Martin Truex, Jr. (Nascar), Bob Tillman (CEO Lowe’s Home Improvement), Jerry Pettus (Developer/Lake Wiley), Cecile’ Ebert (Developer/Mooresville). Jerry has also represented companies such as Kohler (home improvement), Lakeside Surgical (medical), Park West Investments (developers), RESOURCE PLUS (big box store interior design), Blue Green Golf Resorts (golf course developers), Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat (medical) and Old Castle Home Improvement.
