Jerry is an experienced professional, who joins the Legend team with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including associations with both developers and brokerage companies. Prior to joining Legend, Jerry was a Vice President at Colliers L&A in their Retail and Investment Group.
Jerry is based out of our Conshohocken, PA office. He has a diverse and varied real estate background that includes the industrial, office and retail sectors of the real estate profession. Jerry has made a mark in the in the Delaware Valley with such notable clients as Abington Hospital, May Department Stores, Prudential Insurance Company, Lowe's, Home Depot and Weis Markets just to name a few.
Jerry resides in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania with his wife. He is a graduate of West Chester University where he earned a degree in Political Science.
