Bio
A native of Gainesville, FL., Jess earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Florida. He has lived in Wilmington since 2006 and has a strong love and appreciation for all the Cape Fear region has to offer. Prior to joining Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., he spent 16 years supporting medical groups, hospitals and health systems throughout the greater Wilmington area, the state of North Carolina and across the southeast.
Jess is excited to be serving his community once again and looks forward to assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs. Jess and his wife Lee Ann met through friends in 2007, married at Wrightsville Beach and have two young sons: Fisher and Luca.
When Jess isn’t working, you can usually find him outdoors surfing, fishing/island hopping on his boat, spending time with friends and family or coaching little league baseball.
