Jesse Martin brings nearly 23 years of institutional knowledge to help landlords and tenants achieve goals in commercial real estate leasing, investment sales and property financing. Having successfully managed a 3-million sf portfolio, his relationships and experience make Jesse a sharp negotiator for flex/office and industrial clients throughout Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland and Washington, DC.
Jesse’s unique background grants an intimate understanding of the way properties are leased and managed. His keen awareness of all aspects of real estate make him a valued contributor to any need, crafting specific strategies to oversee the success of every assignment. This hands-on approach includes regular reassessment which ensures Jesse is constantly adding value for commercial real estate owners and users.
Before joining Edge Commercial Real Estate, Jesse worked with Avison Young prior to AY he worked with Adler Realty Services (a national developer, investor and services company) to build a management team responsible for all mid-Atlantic property leasing. Jesse also served as Vice President of asset management for RREEF (the real estate investment arm of Deutsche Bank), after being named ‘Rookie of the Year’ at Trammell Crow for his considerable success advising corporate real estate users.
