Jesse Yang is Managing Director in Savills Corporate Services Group, delivering high-quality strategic consulting and financial services to some of Savills most important national and regional clients. Jesse has advised clients through unique transactions including new leases, expansions, downsizes and subleases. He specializes in conducting comprehensive financial analyses, through financial modeling, sensitivity studies and regression analyses. He also performs multi-market analyses to find solutions for clients to gain leverage in lease negotiations, discover potential cost savings or mitigate any market risk exposure.
Prior to joining Savills in 2019, Jesse was a principal of a real estate private equity investment group, where he directed a team in the sourcing, acquisition and investment strategy execution for commercial properties in New York City. He was responsible for analyzing extensive financial analyses, due diligence studies, and valuation and risk analyses to form investment hold or sell strategies for joint venture partners and developers. Jesse brings considerable value to the Corporate Services Group team through his extensive experience evaluating and preparing investment return models of commercial properties and portfolios from the landlord’s perspective. Prior to that, Jesse worked in risk management at Goldman Sachs, developing financial tools to stress test portfolio risk of business users and corporate clients in the company’s Global Security Services prime brokerage group.
