As a local resident for over 25 years, Jessica has observed the ups and downs of the Bay Area real estate market. She understands the Silicon Valley lifestyle and specializes in the needs of Bay Area buyers and sellers with an insight and deep understanding of local market trends.
Jessica grew up in Seoul, South Korea and attended Sung Kyun Kwan University, receiving a Master’s degree in Education. After graduating, she immigrated to Chicago in 1995, working in a CPA firm, then moved to the Bay Area in 1998. She studied accounting and finance at San Jose State University and worked at Stanford University as a Finance Manager alongside being a Real Estate agent since 2002. Jessica’s extensive financial professional background, tax, legal & contract experiences, analytical skills and marketing strategies provide superior services to her clients.
