In spring 2014 Jessica obtained her Illinois real estate license and began as a junior broker at JCF/ Commercial Advantage. Here she supported two senior brokers who represented all asset classes with territories ranging from Antioch, IL to Knox, IN. Her initial duties included; creating marketing material, contract management, tracking leads, and oversaw marketing efforts, such as LoopNet, CoStar, target mail campaigns, and Constant Contact. After a few months, she introduced and managed the Commercial Real Estate CRM/ database, Real Nex.
When JCF and Commercial Advantage dissolved their partnership, in fall 2015, Jessica followed Lori Tubbs, the owner of Commercial Advantage, to Merrillville, Indiana, where they began to specialize in industrial assets. Here, Jessica assisted Lori in facilitating and closing over 40 deals. Largely representing owners/ landlords some clients include: Anacostia Rail, the City of East Chicago, the City of Hammond, HoistLift Trucks, and Read Group to name a few.
