Jessica is an Investment Property Specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group and serves on our Investment/Multi-Family Division. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group, she worked as the Marketing Director and specialized in the sales and marketing of large real estate assets.
Jessica, a well-respected commercial real estate agent, has earned numerous distinctions throughout her career in real estate. Her Team has completed over $55 Million in annual sales and lease transactions in 2018
A resident of Fairfield County in CT, Jessica graduated from Western CT State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Chemistry/Psych. Upon completion of school, she began work at Danbury Hospital in the Pharmacology Department. It was at this time, she became interested in Real Estate as a tool for investment and wealth management solutions. She attended NYREI (NY Real Estate Institute) in NYC, where she completed the Real Estate Licensing course. She is currently licensed in the State of NY & CT.
