Jessica Gelling joined Hendon in April 2020 as Senior Leasing Director. She manages a portfolio of 2.7 million sf and plays an integral role in evaluating potential acquisitions and dispositions.
Jessica brings to Hendon Properties 16 years of industry experience, including 13 years in leasing for Brixmor Property Group, where she was consistently recognized as a national top producer within the company and most recently served as their Vice President of Leasing of the Southeast Region.
In addition to her extensive experience in leasing production, she brings a proven track record of exceeding market returns and minimizing lost income during financial crises.
