Jessica Goffredo-Pantaleo is the Leasing Representative for the PennCap Properties portfolio of buildings. In that role she is responsible for the initiation, management and completion of leasing transactions with both prospective new tenants and the existing tenant base, as well as to develop and maintain strong positive relationships with existing customers and the brokerage community to ensure that PennCap is viewed as the landlord of choice in the marketplace. Prior to joining PennCap Properties in April of 2011, Jessica gained over a decade of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience including but not limited to Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, Acquisition and Disposition. Ms. Goffredo-Pantaleo received a B.A. from Muhlenberg College with a concentration in Finance.
