Jessica Mourning joined J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc., as a commercial sales associate after working several years at Security 1st Title. While at Security 1st she gained invaluable insight into all aspects of real estate title insurance, escrow and closing services, expertise her clients benefit from while at the closing table.
Jessica is a proud Wichita native who earned her Bachelor of Administration in Marketing with a Real Estate emphasis from Wichita State University. From marketing strategies to sales negotiations, business development initiatives, and event management, Jessica brings a comprehensive skill set to the table. She is enthusiastic about creating value, fostering connections, and contributing to the ever-evolving landscape of the real estate and business realms.
Her exposure to commercial real estate runs deep beginning with the family’s commercial property leasing and management business. Jessica learned that business from the ground up by always pitching in to help wherever needed.
