Jessica has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and has spent her career focused on account and transaction management for both public and private sector clients. Her public sector experience includes completing over 150 transactions on behalf of the federal government for more than 50 federal agencies. Federal agencies include Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Defense (DOD) and many more. From 2005 – 2015, Jessica helped direct a team of professionals across the United States provide tenant representation and construction oversight for federal agency tenants.
In the private sector, Jessica represented large clients including Comcast, MetLife, Sprint, Aon, RSM, Microsoft, and more. From 2015 – 2017, Jessica managed a diverse portfolio for Comcast Cable in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition to transaction management, Jessica completed an entire portfolio analysis for Comcast for the Western United State to identify surplus space and advise on workplace strategy opportunities. Jessica handled dispositions for MetLife Corporation nationally and led the account in disposing of over 40 leased assets totaling for a savings of $10.1M for the client.
In addition to negotiating leases, she has led clients through portfolio analyses, labor studies and drive time studies to ensure all factors are considered when making important leasing decisions. Transaction types include office, warehouse, call centers, retail sites, parking lots and easements and range in size from 110,000 sf to 1,000 sf.
