Jessica Tripp is the Director of Risk Management for RangeWater Real Estate where she oversees property insurance/liability, legal, and risk management duties. She joined RangeWater in 2016 and brings more than 15 years of multifamily property management experience with an extensive background in property management, information technology, learning/development, financial analysis, and quality assurance.
Jessica graduated from the University of Georgia where she studied Consumer Economics with an emphasis in Family Financial Planning. She is the 2020 President of the University of Georgia Residential Property Management Advisory Board and is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Jessica served on the UGA Alumni Board for the College of Family and Consumer Sciences 2016-2019. In 2019, Jessica received the Outstanding Service Award with the University of Georgia’s College of Family and Consumer Sciences, recognized as a 2019 Next Generation CPM Leader with the Institute of Real Estate Management, and received the Atlanta Apartment Association Extra Mile Award. She is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and Georgia Apartment Association. Jessica currently resides in Atlanta.
