As a Principal of Atrium Commercial, Jill delivers strategic market-leading knowledge and experience in multiple sectors of commercial real estate. Residential, retail, office and medical land sales and entitlement, new development, urban redevelopment and government work. Her expertise is focused in Orange, Osceola, Polk, Brevard, Volusia and Seminole Counties.
She successfully serves a regional and national network of clients by forming custom real estate solutions from her extensive comprehension of commercial real estate transaction structures and processes. Additionally, she has a strong network of relationships she has developed throughout the industry, both locally and nationally.
Since 2002, Jill has been involved in sale and lease transactions totaling more than $800 Million Dollars. Jill graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Science and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. She is the former Chair of the City of Orlando Appearance Review Board and is a current appointed board member. She is a past member of the City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board and Governor appointed Regional Planning Council, District 6.
