Jim is responsible for leasing Grandview Physicians Plaza and assisting with development of the Cahaba Center at Grandview campus. He is also responsible for identifying acquisition and investment opportunities for Daniel and its partners. Jim joined Daniel in 1986 and served as Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Land Acquisition/Development prior to assuming his current position.
Through an extensive real estate career that began in 1976, Jim has held leasing and management positions with Regions Bank, BellSouth and JMB Property Management. Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama in 1976 and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1981.
