RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Babiasz’s experience and responsibilities lie throughout a spectrum of real estate markets specializing in
industrial, land and build-to-suit projects.
CAREER SUMMARY
Babiasz joined The Boerke Company in 1982 after spending approximately 10 years as controller and general
manager for two large developers in the Milwaukee area. In 1986, he formed The Jaymes Company, Inc., a
small specialized commercial/industrial real estate company serving the northwest side of Milwaukee and its
suburbs. This company was directly involved with the Germantown Industrial Park, a 340-acre development,
which has over 1,800,000 square feet of industrial buildings that Babiasz helped broker and develop. He was
also the agent for the Germantown Business Park, which is approximately 400 acres. Currently, he is the
leader for the Endeavor Business Park in Richfield. He has been active in the industrial communities of
Sussex, Oconomowoc and Waukesha.
In 1999, Babiasz returned to The Boerke Company, Inc. as a shareholder and principal. His expertise in land
development, building construction, and design coupled with his accounting background, provide clients with
the unique ability to guide the project from acquisition through disposition in a timely and profitable fashion.
